Upgrade through an agency
AnsweredWe are a company based in Japan and are currently subscribed to the “Starter” plan. We are planning to upgrade to the “Business” plan through a Japanese agency. However, we were informed by the agency that it is not possible to use two accounts simultaneously and that we should contact support to find out how to proceed.
