Locked out of Account. Please help

I have a personal account as well as a business account. I am unable to access my business account all of a sudden. It is asking me to go to the Authenticator app or to enter a backup cade. I have no Box account set up in my authenticator apps, never did, and never received back up codes. Now, I am unable to access box when clients share their folders for collaboration. Please help.

If you can't sign in due to your Multi-Factor Authentication, using your affected email address please open a new ticket for Box Product Supprort.
