Refund Request
AnsweredWe have not used box since August of last year and just received a bill for subscriptions. Can this charge be reversed? We were unaware that auto-renew was turned on and will cancel our account as soon as possible.

Canceling a Business or Enterprise Account
Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.
- Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.
- In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
Note
If you do not see this option, email cancel@box.com
- Complete the survey and click Cancel My Account.
- Click Permanently Cancel My Account to confirm and complete the process.
The account will cancel at the end of the service term.
