Upload Failed storage limit exceeded - Account storage limit reached Showing "Storage Used 10.0 GB of 10.0 GB"

Hi, I cannot upload files via SQL backup master. I am getting a failure message. Upload Failed storage limit exceeded - Account storage limit reached. The Account details show "Storage Used 10.0 GB of 10.0 GB". But it does not get above 300MB. I have only 42 files; the maximum size of a file is 63MB, and some others are in KB.

The space calculation is wrong as the files in the trash are outside the storage provided. As you did earlier, please run the script to recalculate the available space. Please help
