Consistently slow download speeds
AnsweredThis issue has been reported on multiple threads. While these threads are all marked as "answered," I don't see any answers on them.
I am getting download speeds as low as 30 KB per second and as high as 300 KB per second in Box's native application. I am not accessing Box.com via a web browser. Note the units reported are KILOBYTES and not MEGABYTES.
My bandwidth is testing at 33.7 MB per second, both from SpeedTest.com and from downloading content in a web browser. The slow download speeds are unique to accessing files from Box.com. Box status reported "all systems operational" throughout the download.
I unfortunately cannot be productive at such slow download speeds. It was taken over an hour to access files I need.
I see the responses from Box.com on other related threads, so there's no need to repeat them here.
My questions are.
1. What are the minimum download speeds Box customers can rely on when both Box and customers experience no technical issues?
2. When Box does not meet these expectations, what recourse do customers have?
3. What evidence from customers will Box accept as demonstrating download speeds from Box?
