Box Explorer Error - Invalid DWA Request
Answered-
I didn't hear back anything about the root cause of this error. Rona please advise.

I'm facing the same problem with our Salesforce/Box integration for some users - did you ever figure out the root cause, Deepak Sharma Deepak Sharma or Rona?

We are as well, but sporadically, and the same user will and then won't get this error - it started happening when we upgraded to the latest version. We use the box toolkit to create folders via APEX (which is what is failing) so there are no individual users that could have authentication issues since they all go through the service account.

I have the same issue as Impact Evolution. Is there a solution already?

I opened a Box Support ticket and they wrote,
"Can you check if Box for Salesforce is configured from the Integration section in the admin console. If you set it to "Enabled for all organizations" or for the select organization that uses Box for Salesforce, this automatically connects users' Box accounts to Salesforce. Further information about Admin Delegated Authorization is here:
We enabled for all organizations and haven't had this issue again.
