Cannot increase storage limit

Hello, I'm trying to increase my accounts storage limit from 10gb to unlimited but when I go to save from the edit page, I get an error that says "Unabel to save your changes. Please try again." but it never works. I believe I have admin rights so i should be able to do this? Also trying to figure out how i view files that are on coworkers Box account as getting box was mainly for file sharing anyways.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    As a Co-Admin, you don't have the ability to edit your account settings. Please contact your Primary Admin to modify your account storage.
