Adding personal email to an account.
CompletedI am trying to add an email to my Box.com account, but it indicates that it cannot do this. The error message is The first is "Oops - the person already has a Box account. Upgrade your account to add a collaborator.
The other email was mine, but I deleted the Box.com account in an effort to have only one account. The system still sees this old account. How can I get this additional email deleted or released?
