Cant add a new payment method
AnsweredTrying to add a new payment method but when we put in the credit card details it says:
There was an error processing your request.
We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance.
Payment was due on June 29th, 2024
