    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Your 'Account Type' does not indicate you have unlimited storage. However, you still have free space to be able to upload files. 

    At this rate, you might want to confirm if the upload error lies on your owned or collaborated folder. If it's the latter, please contact its owner instead. 

    Note that the folder's space is counted against its owner's storage allocation.
