    Hello,

    It sounds frustrating to deal with storage issues even after deleting files and emptying the trash. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:

    Check Collaborated Folders: If you are collaborating on folders owned by others, the storage used by those folders counts towards the owner’s storage, not yours.
    Clear Cache: Sometimes, clearing the cache can help. You can do this by going to the settings of your Box app and finding the option to clear cache.
    Check for Hidden Files: Ensure there are no hidden files or folders taking up space. You can use the Box web app to check for any hidden items.
    Review Storage Calculation: Box’s storage calculation might sometimes lag. Logging out and back in or refreshing the page can sometimes update the storage calculation.
