    Hello!

    To resolve 2FA issues with Box on your new iPhone 14, use any backup codes you saved for Okta or contact Box support for assistance. If your organization uses Okta for SSO, reach out to your IT support to reset your authentication settings. Alternatively, use another trusted device logged into Box to reset 2FA from the security settings. These steps should help you regain access to your account.
