    Hello!

    To change the domain of your Box account from "@gride.co.jp" to "@jcmoa.org" and transfer data along with external user information, contact Box support. They will assist in verifying domain ownership and guide you through the migration process. Update user emails via the Box Admin Console if necessary and inform external collaborators about the domain change to ensure seamless access. It's advisable to back up critical data before initiating any changes.
