Storage says 9.6GB of 10GB, but all files have been deleted for days
CompletedI signed up to try out Box and apparently, like many others, I am having inaccurate storage issues. I deleted all my files from Box, including from the trash, and I am still showing 9.6GB out of 10GB used after several days. Please correct this issue.
Also, is this issue expected from your service on an ongoing basis?
