    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Looks like the Multi-Factor Authentication is already enabled in your Box account. Is your authenticator app not working?

    You may check your mobile device's time settings as time mismatches can cause issues with code verification. 

    If the issue persist, please let us know.

    Please,

    I have changed my mobile phone and installed the new Microsoft Authenticator app, but I cannot generate codes for logging into Box.

    How can I get the QR code for Box during login so that I can add my Box account to the Microsoft Authenticator app?
