URGENT - Need access to two Box Folders for State of Ohio

Box Team -- the original owner, Jen Buckles, for two main State of Ohio Boxes left IBM last Friday, 7/5/2024. Her manager, Co-owner of the box folders, has requested that the Box Team provide her with the new OWNERSHIP so that the Sales team in the field can get access to the files they need to progress our opportunities for 2H2024. Please provide us with a status of when you will be able to give the owners of Jen's box files to Myra Dudley. Here are the links to those box files -- today we get error messages on both that we do not have access:
