Salesforce - Assign Root Folder Error

I'm working on a Box/Salesforce integration with a client. Since changing the Box service account, we have an error symbol next to Assign Root Folder in the Box Configuration app. This is causing errors when Salesforce tries to automatically create new folders.
When I click Assign to try to fix this, the next page has no information and I'm unable to update the root folder or re-assign it.
We haven't changed the Root Folder, but we did change the Box Service account.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
