Inquiry Regarding Linking Existing Users to New Enterprise Organization
CompletedI would like to inquire about linking existing users to a new Enterprise organization.
Our company has recently contracted a new Enterprise plan. We want to invite members of our organization (under our domain) as users. However, some users are already using BOX individually with their corporate email addresses.
When we try to invite them, an error message appears stating, "An existing account exists but is not linked to the organization," and the invitation cannot be completed.
Please confirm how we should proceed with this issue.
