PowerBi linked with BOX files

Hello, I have created a PowerBi dashboard that is linked with BOX files. However, every time my colleagues update the files, and refresh the dashboard, it doesn't display the most recent info. I don't know if it's a problem related to the credentials. Could someone please assist me with this? Thank you!
