ALL MY FILES AND FOLDERS HAVE DISAPEARED
CompletedOur administrator deleted by profile by accident and now all my departments files and folders are gone.
How do we go about reinstating them without having to run report and forwarding to box assistance.

Hello,
I apologize for the inconvenience you’re facing. To recover deleted files in Box, follow these steps:
Log in to Box: Visit the Box website and log in using your account credentials.
Access Trash: From the main “All Files and Folders” page, find the “Resources” section on the right sidebar. Click on “Trash” to enter the Trash location.
View Deleted Files: In the Trash, you’ll see a list of all files and folders deleted from your Box account within the last 30 days. Original file and folder names are intact, along with deletion timestamps.
Sort and Select: Use the sorting options (Date Deleted, Name, Size) to organize the list. Tick the checkboxes next to the files you want to restore.
Restore: Click the reverse-curved arrow under “All Files” and select “Restore.” Your chosen files will be restored to their previous locations within your Box account.Best Regards

I don't have a resources section. Have tried the Admin page, nothing, basic user page, nothing. No All Files & Folders page. No resources. and Trash is very empty. The steps you outlined Esther do not seem to work for me.
My case is slightly different. I had a shared folder that I thought I believe was initiated in my Personal Account. It was shared with an Enterprise Account at my former employer. When the former employer deleted my account, my folder in my personal account also disappeared. I upgraded my account to a low end business account I do not see any folders from my personal account in the trash. I cannot find them anywhere.
The former employer support people tell me they can restore the folder but it's been 10 days with no progress. And short of showing up in person with a big bottle of booze, I'm not sure what to do.
Please help - Thank you!
