Box Sign - Template

I'm new to box sign from DocuSign. I have managed to create a template and have a few questions, please help.
- Can I set a template up without having to add a "Recipient" I do not know who this will be until I need them to sign the document?
- Because, i have had to set myself up as the recipient to save the "Template". When i do use the template I have to change to the person who is the actual recipient. I then have to manually change all 15 of the fields I have added to be completed. Can this be set up automatically so it just has to be signed by the "recipient" and not a specific person?
- How do you quickly jump from one field to another. It is difficult to scroll through a 31 page document to find the 15 fields i have created throughout?
- How do I stop box creating multiples of the same document? It seems every time i do in the folder there are more documents?
