Storage showing incorrect storage usage
CompletedMy account showed full and that I was using all 50GB even though I know I was only trying to back up 23GB of data. I've now deleted all data from my box drive and it still shows that 32GB of the 50GB allotment is used up! Seems from the community posts a lot of people are having issues with their storage showing as full. Anyone know what's happened here or has anyone heard from Box?
