    Hello,

It’s frustrating when storage issues arise unexpectedly! While I don’t have direct access to Box’s internal systems, I can offer some general advice based on similar situations:

    Check Actual Usage:
Verify the actual usage by logging in to your Box account and navigating to Account Settings > Storage Used.
Sometimes discrepancies occur due to cached data or temporary files that haven’t been fully cleared.
    Script or Automation:
Unfortunately, I don’t have the capability to set up scripts or automate actions directly within your Box account.
However, you might consider reaching out to Box support or exploring community forums for potential solutions.
    Common Causes:
Occasionally, storage discrepancies occur due to indexing, metadata, or other system-related factors.
It’s worth checking if any hidden files or folders are contributing to the discrepancy.
    Contact Box Support:
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting Box support directly.
They can investigate your specific account and provide personalized assistance.
Remember, I’m not a Box expert, but I hope these steps help you troubleshoot the issue.

    Best Regards
