I subscribed to the BOX account and it clearly mentioned that I have a FREE 14-day trial period and yet they charged my card. I intended to finish my work as a freelancer within 15 days and cancel the account before they could charge.

I am very disappointed that I have been charged within hours of opening the account. The customer service is impossible to reach, there is no email ID to contact them. This is like going in circles. 

Can you please cancel the account immediately? I do not care about the saved work here, I will figure a work around with my client.

I would like a refund immediately.
