Can't Upgrade From Box Individual
AnsweredI just tried to upgrade from a Box Individual account to a Starter account. After putting in all of the info and pressing upgrade, I received this message:
"There was an error processing your request. Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com."
Can someone explain to me why I received this message?
