Help! I need to cancel my free trial subscription
AnsweredMy name is Christina Cole and my e-mail address is <personal information-redacted>. I need to cancel my free trial immediately. I do not want to incur any charges. I cannot figure out how to do this on the website.

Canceling a Business or Enterprise Account
Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.
- Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.
- In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
Do not see this option? Submit a ticket here. - A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action. After affirming, click Continue.
- Click Permanently Cancel My Account to complete the process.
- The account will cancel at the end of the service term.
The account owner or administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
