Can no longer open files in web browser Box in desktop app

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

    While we continue to investigate, let me ask the following questions, 

    • Are you accessing the file through the Box website or via your local Box folder? 
    • If it's the latter, can I confirm your Operating System and Box version? 
    • Also, is there an error message? If so, kindly attach a screenshot of your error.
