    potential solution is to have the users you want to add to your Box enterprise account use a different email address that is not already associated with a Box account. This way, you can add them directly to your enterprise without encountering the conflict of existing accounts. Alternatively, you can work with Box support to merge or associate the existing accounts with your enterprise setup.

    This issue occurs when the email addresses you’re trying to add are already associated with personal Box accounts. Here are a few steps to resolve this:

    Contact Box Support: Request to transfer the personal accounts to your enterprise account. cNY State of Health
    Change Email: Users can change their email in their personal Box accounts, then you can add them to the enterprise account.
