    On a side note, from a security standpoint, this support system is a total joke. I used to think Box was a great product/company, but with this support system I'm done. The only reason I use it is because it's required by my vendor. I was just forced to tell the entire world of Box users that my MFA is broken. This increases the potential for a social engineering attack. Bad form, Box. Bad form.
