Long time down-loading files
AnsweredI have a business account. However any time I am transferring genomic data it is taking long and sometimes I receive error messages. Moreover, I need to down-load files one by one. I would like to know if anybody is using the enterprise account and if they still encounter the same issue, or if this account will allow the up-load and down-load files in batches.
