Can not add an email address to our business account
CompletedI'm trying to add an email address to my account, but I get the following error message every time:
"There was an error while trying to add XXX@YYYYY.io to your account.".. this email has already been use?? and was not added to enterprise?
(where XXX@YYYYY.io is my actual email address)
How do I fix this?
