    Let's Troubleshoot Your Upload Issue

    To effectively assist you, please provide more details:

    • What are you trying to upload? (image, video, document, etc.)
    • Where are you trying to upload it? (website, app, social media, etc.)
    • What happens when you try to upload? (error message, no response, upload stops, etc.)
    • Have you tried uploading a different file?

    • We're uploading image and documents( word, excel, pdf, ppt)
    • We're uploading to the website. 
    • Error message :  "Account Storage Reached"
    • Aside from the images and document files no. 
    • Yes, we have a stable connection. 
    • We also tried to create a new document not on uplaods but create and same error "Account Storage Reached".
    • We are on Enterprise plan.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    It's true that your Account Type is eligible for unlimited storage. However, Box Administrators can still limit their managed user's account settings including the user's storage allocation. 

    Upon checking, what prevents you from successfully uploading files. Is that you've already reached your storage limit and you can reach out to your Box Administrator to increase your storage. 

    To check your storage: 

    1. Log in to the Box website and navigate to your Account Settings. 
    2. Scroll down to Account Details> Storage Used.

    We need a bigger allowance for our storage. i stated this clearly when i speak to an agent and he never mention about this issue. How are we going to have bigger storage in this case.
