    Great news! We've already fixed this in our end and you can now select a channel when contacting Box Support

    Worst customer support ever.  Its impossible to get help, find a way to submit a ticket or get a reasonable response to an ongoing problem.  If I had any ability in my company to move to another platform, I would.
