Excel Not Opening

Excel file not opening. On Box, I use Excel on my PC laptop with Windows 10 OS. Excel has functioned fine for years with this exact file, but now I only get the message that Box is opening Excel, but it never opens, even though I currently have 3 Excel files open with functional  saves to Box. Please help.

    For more details, you can answer the following? 

    • Do you open your excel file through the Box website or direcly through the file menu? 
    • Can you attach a screenshot of you error?

    I am getting the same issue. Here is the screenshot of the message. Note it is not an error message. But the Excel file just doesn't open.
