External Users in Enterprise Plan?
AnsweredYesterday I converted my Personal Plan Box.com account to Enterprise with 3 seats. I am only using one seat so far.
However, when I try now to invite another user, I see that although only my existing (formerly Personal) account shows up (correctly) in the list of users, there is a message that says, "19 of 3 seats used. Buy more seats." The other 18 users are just invited collaborators who had access to specific folders on my account before I converted to Enterprise, they are NOT part of my Enterprise plan.
I don't understand why I cannot add 1-2 more users to complete the three seats I purchased. Why are External Users considered part of my 3 seats?!

Using Business plan, you will be charged for adding new users and collaboration invitations. To prevent getting billed for your external collaborators, you may want to consider upgrading your subscription.
