Mac files no longer syncing to Box
AnsweredYesterday I had no trouble with Box on my Mac Studio (running OS 12.7.4) and today none of my files are syncing up to Box from my local files, or down from Box to my hard drive. I'm no longer able to use Box with the many people in my office; none of them are having any syncing issues.
My account with Box is current and I am able to see our office's entire shared file hierarchy through a web browser. However when I save files locally they do not receive a Box link, because they don't upload at all. In order to share a link to a file on Box, I have to upload it to our Box account via a browser, and copy the link to it from there.
This is very annoying and time-consuming, and the help available on the Box website is mostly a circular round of information that does not mention this issue. It feels rather hopeless to upload my story to this website, but there's nothing else I can think of. I see no guidance on the website to any other support or a phone number.
