Verification Email Expired

Within minutes of receiving the verification email, it says it has expired. The link to resolve this merely ask me to reset my password, which I have done several times. Yet I still don't know if this has solved the issue. Can someone tell me if I have verified my email address?

  It seems that you have already verified your Box account. I recommend that you clear your browsing history before signing in to app.box.com.
