Unable to setup 2FA
AnsweredHi,
I was using SMS based 2FA and wanted to change to authenticator app (it is more convenient) but when I deleted SMS 2FA I am unable to setup auth app, QR code never loads...
Now I cannot set any 2FA, not SMS not email...
Please help!

Looks like the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is not enabled for this account. By any chance, do you have an alternate Box account with this issue?
If that's the case, please contact Box Support using your affected account.
