Error messages and logs generated for failure to connect and sync
AnsweredI have had several issues with box today. One error message says "unable to connect with box" and another one asked if I wanted logs sent because of issues. I logged out of box and logged back in and then fixed some issues, but others continue to persist. The main issue is that I am only able to copy select folders and others won't sync completely to be used in offline.

- Can you confirm if this is an error from box.com or through your local Box Application?
- If so, what is the Operating System running in your machine and your current Box version?
