Make available offline is not appearing
AnsweredI do not have the option of "make available offline". I need to unlick it to free up space on my desktop but do not have that as an option. I have folders syncing to the desktop that I only want syncing to the cloud at Box.com as they are taking up too much space. I have Box sync version 4.0 and have tried to read your help articles but cannot find a solution.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
We firmly suggest for this change in your environment as Box Drive is the current Box desktop experience, does not require manual syncing (though this is available through the mark for offline option), and the issue you're experiencing is likely to be resolved straight away after installation.
By installing Box Drive from this link Box Sync will be automatically uninstalled, and any files that had not synced up to Box will be preserved in your old Box Sync folder.
