    Hi Cristian,

    Welcome to Box community!

    Third party security software can interfere with Box Drive's installation process. If you would, please add the following directories to your local security's exclusion list:

    • C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Box
    • C:\Users\username\Box
    • C:\Program Files\Box

    If you have excluded the Box Drive directories (listed above) from local security scans and installation continues to fail, would you please open Command Prompt on your machine and run the following installation command?
     

    msiexec /i "C:\Users\USERNAME\Downloads\BoxDrive.msi" /l*xv "C:\Users\USERNAME\Desktop\BoxDriveMsi.log"

     
    *You will need to edit "USERNAME" in the command to reflect your local profile / username.

    I have not been able to install it.

    The following appears at the end of the log

    Is that enough, or do you need the whole log?
