im not finding an answer in support topics - no admin is listed on my account and i cannot locate who within my org it is.  please assist?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  The Admin Console is available in all Box tariffs Business Starter and above. Since you're subscribed to a free personal account you don't have a Box Admin.
