my colleague change her phone number and now she can't get code for 2FA or can't log in to box.com e-mai <personal information-redacted>

  Due to security reasons, any login related issues should be addressed with the affected user. At this rate, please have your colleague to  create his ticket and contact Box Support.

  my colleague can't log in to box.com create a ticket due to didn't get a verification code (the code was send to previous phone number which didn't use)
