Refund Request

I'm reaching out 'cause I just noticed a hefty charge of $540 on my account and it's quite a surprise.
I was under the impression that the free trial would wrap itself up after it's over if I didn't actively choose to keep it going. And I never got any heads-up after the 30-day, so I would like to request a refund.
The only thing I've done with the account recently is logging in today, simply to check the status of the account. Could you help me with getting a refund?
