Is it possible to FTPS into public box link without going greater than personal/pro plans? The account that generated the link has enterprise status. Need to download 5tb. Thanks!

  FTP is available to business and enterprise accounts — except trial accounts — for bulk migration of data. It is not available for personal accounts (free or pro).
