Is there a way to know how many people downloaded my file?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

  As of this writing, this functionality is not available for Personal Pro and Personal free users. 

  In the future, if you wanted to track your file activities such as downloads, you may want to consider upgrading to Business Starter account or above. If you have clarifications regarding this, please use our Live Chat function via box.com/pricing. 

  And for your reference, we've listed the features you could possibly use to track your file activities.
