Box sync - error syncing files
AnsweredHi support,
I have 11 files that are appearing as sync failed in my desktop Box Sync app for windows. 2 reasons: unsupported name + dependency failure. When I click on "More..." button, I´m unable to see more details, as shown below.
Here is the view on errors.
Could you please advice how to check the files, or delete them, so it doesn´t pop-up each time? Thank you, Lenka

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
We firmly suggest for this change in your environment as Box Drive is the current Box desktop experience, does not require manual syncing (though this is available through the mark for offline option), and the issue you're experiencing is likely to be resolved straight away after installation.
By installing Box Drive from this link Box Sync will be automatically uninstalled, and any files that had not synced up to Box will be preserved in your old Box Sync folder.
