Not able to upgrade my plan
AnsweredI've selected Box Business and selected the Monthly Plan. I've also filled out payment details but when I clicked 'Complete Upgrade' it shows an error.
"There was an error processing your request. Please double check that all fields are correctly filled out and try again later or contact us so that we can assist you."
