Help - Box has delays saving my files

We are experiencing intermittent issues saving files as there seems to be a synching issue that means files are not updated till the next day or so. Support team cannot help unless they can see the problem in real time - which is difficult because they are not available to check when you have the problem. A screengrab does not help them. We are on Macs and using InDesign, Adobe etc. This is a major issue as it delays how we work and also sending files to clients.
Does anyone have this issue and were able to fix this? I hope so otherwise we have to find another solution to Box.
