Shared files organization

Running into issues where I cannot organize files that are shared with me. They live in my root folder which is mixing with my organized files.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  Are you referring to your file/folder display in the Box website? If so, note that you can't organize your collaborated files/folders and they will all appear on All Files page. 

  Do you need more clarifications regarding this? Please contact Box Support for further assistance.
